π MicroVision reading glasses are covered by a limited 6-month warranty.
MicroVision's obligations for the Product purchased by the end-user ("You") are limited to the terms set forth below:
β οΈ BY USING A PRODUCT MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR MICROVISION ("PRODUCT"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE MICROVISION GUARANTEE ("GUARANTEE") AS OUTLINED BELOW.
π 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
π If you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase
- π Exchanges must be of equal value
π οΈ 6-Month Limited Warranty
β οΈ This warranty covers manufacturer defects only
- After 30 days, refunds/exchanges apply only to defects or issues from normal wear
What the MicroVision Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- β Improper or unreasonable use
- β Scratched lenses
- β Damage from normal wear and tear
- Includes lens scratches, bent frames, or damage from repeated case insertion
- β Damage caused by pets, vehicles, or negligence
- β Lost or stolen glasses
- β Lost screws
- β Accidental damage
- β Altered products
- β Replacement products (not covered under warranty)
